1. First, adjust the welding time and welding gear according to the process requirements, turn the panel power switch to ON, then the power supply is on, and observe whether the panel voltmeter displays normal voltage.
2. Then cut the materials to be welded with a cutter. If there is an insulating layer, remove the insulating layer (for example, the coated aluminum strip needs to be burned off first). Flatten the welding point and place it on the copper strip of the countertop. Overlap it by about 20-25mm. Press the left and right presser feet, hold the yellow welding handle in your hand, tilt it at 70°, and press hard on the position where the overlap needs to be welded. At the same time, step on the foot switch to complete one welding. Repeat this operation in the future, that is, weld the second point. Repeat the welding in this way. If the joint strength is required, you can weld more points.
3. During the welding process, if the temperature of the welding cable is found to reach above 70°C, stop welding immediately and wait for the temperature to cool down before welding again.
4. Empirical solder joint distribution of metal strip joints: For metal strip joints with a bandwidth of 200-300mm, one solder spot should be welded every 15mm, and two rows of solder joints can be welded. The distance between the two rows of solder joints is 15-20mm. For metal strip joints with a width of less than 30mm, the welding points should be welded every 6mm, and two rows of welding points should be welded. The distance between the two rows of welding points is 15-20mm.
