There is no need for flux or gas protection during welding, and there is no need to use filler metals such as welding wires and electrodes, so welding joints with better quality can be obtained and the welding cost is low.

4. Small deformation and stress
Due to the concentrated heat and short heating time, the heat affected zone is small, and the deformation and stress are also small. Usually there is no need to consider correction or heat treatment procedures after welding.

5. Simple operation
One-button operation makes it easy to realize mechanized and automated production, does not require high proficiency of workers, and has low labor intensity.

6. Less slag inclusion and good welding effect
When the nugget is formed, it is always surrounded by a transparent plastic ring, the molten metal is isolated from the air, the metallurgical process is simple, and the welding effect is good.

7. High productivity
Low noise, basically no smoke and dust, and good working conditions. It can be combined with other manufacturing machines to form an automatic production line for mass production. Only flash butt welding requires some isolation due to spark splash.
