Therefore, the plastic deformation is concentrated and the degree of deformation is relatively increased during upsetting, which can produce a sufficiently high local dislocation difference to promote recrystallization during joint formation. At the same time, when the upsetting parameters are appropriate, not only liquid metal and oxides can be discharged, but also part of the superheated metal can be discharged, a denser hot forging structure can be obtained, and the joint quality can be significantly improved.
