The left and right electrodes are connected to the conductor of the secondary coil of the welding transformer through multiple layers of copper respectively. The secondary coil of the high-power welding transformer is cooled by water.
Protective plates are installed on both sides and below the welding joint to prevent molten metal from splashing into the transformer and switch. Welders must frequently clean metal spatter on the protective plate to avoid short circuits and other malfunctions.
1.Hydraulic clamping mechanism:
It consists of a hydraulic pump station, a control box, a hydraulic cylinder, etc. The left and right cylinders are controlled separately. They are manually clamped before welding and manually released after welding. The hydraulic cylinder is self-locking during clamping. If it is not self-locking when loosening, please press and hold the release button.
2.UpsettingFeeding mechanism:
The feeding mechanism completes the melting and extrusion processes required in welding. It is controlled by servo amplifier board, and the value can be set directly on the software touch screen.
