After adjusting the parameters, the fourth small screw met the standard. I tried several more at once, and they all met the standard. I asked for immediate delivery.

Introduction to DN6 pneumatic spot welding machine
This machine is a single-phase power frequency pneumatic spot welding machine. The primary voltage of the welding transformer is regulated through a thyristor, thereby adjusting the output power of the welding machine to meet different welding specifications. This machine is equipped with a resistance welding controller, which can set each time period in the welding program separately. The welding heat can be adjusted between 30-100%. It has a compensation function for the fluctuation of the grid voltage. It also has a selection function of single spot welding and continuous spot welding, and can automatically record the number of welding times. This machine is mainly used for spot welding of plates and wires of low carbon steel, stainless steel and other metals. If the electrode is replaced, it can perform projection welding on workpieces with raised points on the flat plate or on low carbon steel wires.

1.Installation and usage
1. Water cooling:Connect the cooling water to the bottom of the rear side of the equipment"water in"
On the joint, lead the water pipe from the "outlet" joint to the cooling water tank for circulating cooling. The main components inside the equipment are all water-cooled. Cooling water must be passed through before use, otherwise the equipment will be damaged by overheating if used for a long time. The cooling water must be clean neutral water (tap water). Other water such as turbid river water or well water with high pH cannot be used. Otherwise, pipe blockage, corrosion, water leakage and other failures may easily occur. After using the equipment in cold weather, the water inside the equipment must be drained. Otherwise, the cooling water pipe of the equipment may freeze and crack. You can use compressed air to blow the water inlet to drain out the water.
2. Air source:Connect the compressed air to the air inlet joint of the triple part of the middle air source device on the right side of the welding machine.
Cylinder lubrication:When using it for the first time, inject half a can of clean lubricating oil into the lubricator on the left side of the air source device. Unscrew the small screw above to inject or push the red button on the tank upward to release the tank.
Remove the injection.
Adjust the amount of oil inflow:Turn the oil inlet volume adjustment knob above the lubricator to1or2position, if the oil intake volume is small, it can be appropriately increased.
Adjust pressure:Pull up the air pressure adjustment knob above the pressure gauge to adjust the intake pressure. Below the pressure gauge is a degreaser. Please unload the inlet pressure regularly to allow the degreaser to discharge water and impurities.
3. Ground:Connect the grounding wire reliably to the grounding screw of the machine. The cross-section of the grounding wire shall not be smaller than6mm2。
4. Power supply:First, ground the welding machine reliably, and then connect the single-phase380V(2A live wire) power supply is connected to the bottom of the device.On the copper stud at the bottom of the electrical installation board. The cross-section of the power supply wire is selected according to 8A/mm2 (see the main technical parameter table for rated input current). The recommended power wire gauge is not less than the following table:
